EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For LA OCULTA, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. Therefore, to process the exchange of any product purchased on the website, please consider the following:

  • You will have a period of ten (10) calendar days from the day of product delivery to request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for style.
  • In the case of exchanges, the cost of transportation must be covered by the consumer.
  • Cash-on-delivery products are not accepted.
  • Items obtained through exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
  • Products with promotions or discounts are non-exchangeable.

To invoke the right to an exchange, products must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must not have been worn.
  • It must have all its tags.
  • It must not be dirty.
  • It must not show traces of the use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that may discolor or damage the fabrics.
  • It must not show traces of the use of chemicals or bleach.
  • It must not present fading.
  • The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
  • The fit of the garment must be perfect.
  • The print, appliques, or embroideries must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing, or adulteration.
  • It must be in perfect condition for subsequent sale to another consumer.
  • It must retain the original label.

The return process consists of the following steps:

  • Send an email within 7 days after receiving the product to laocultalw@gmail.com, stating the reason for the exchange or return specifying whether you require an identical product, the product in a different color or a different one.
  • After the email is reviewed, the customer will receive an email with further instructions.
  • Once the product is received, LA OCULTA conducts a quality check that takes approximately 2 business days. Upon determining the product's condition and authorizing the exchange, we will proceed with the exchange.
